Due to client demand, we are now re-focussing our operations in the UK around full service research with: passionate research experts; dedicated market teams; and a comprehensive set of data collection tools and instruments. We really believe that this is what clients want, now and in the long-term. We will be investing and hiring to provide this. These include Consumer Profile (already a designated sister company) for consumer fieldwork, IFF for B2B, ORC Direct for international CATI, and Sparkler for qualitative. This move will develop, formalise, and no doubt strengthen existing sub-contractor relationships, supplement in-house expertise for online data collection and panels (available through the company’s independent SOS Bureau™ and OpinionPeople™ divisions), and maximise SKOPOS clients’ satisfaction and effectiveness.
