With innovation at the heart of the business, SKOPOS market insight (the pioneering market research, insight & consulting company) today announces the launch of its partnership with Nitro Digital (a Web Marketing & Development agency) - and the creation of the first hybrid website analytics and research service, OptiSight™ (see over for illustration).

OptiSight™ utilises continuous behavioural data from analytics feeds, plus the capture of bespoke user opinions via tracking studies and tailored evaluation work, to deliver best advice on changes to digital channels (web/email/mobile) and websites themselves.

Nitro and SKOPOS have partnered to deliver digital optimisation services to clients including: Halfords, Ladbrokes, News International, Royal Mail, Tesco, T-Mobile, Yahoo, etc.
