The World of Business
The Problem
Client wanted to understand who their core readers/subscribers both online and offline were. They wanted to be able to better target these people and cater towards their needs as well as to provide a research tool for their existing advertisers.
The Method
1,000 members across Europe both online and print subscribers of the magazine, were actively recruited online. This community of business people is used exclusively for research purposes.
The Solution
This unique bespoke panel has been used since 2002 to help with adhoc research that the client has had. It is a cost effect research tool, and allows fast turn around of results that the client was looking for allowing the client to provide relevant market intelligence to their own clients.
Advertising Awareness
The Problem
Client wanted to access how well it’s ongoing advertising campaigns were doing on their website and whether or not it helped increase brand/product awareness and sales.
The Method
A tracking study was conducted using a pop-up survey to interview visitors to the website on their perceptions about the different advertising campaigns that were running.
The Solution
Better understanding on who their core visitors to the website were, and which advertising campaign derived the greatest brand awareness etc.
